Viral leads Aspect Electrical, bringing the perspective of an active investor in growing businesses — across venture debt, EIS and VCT holdings, and commercial and residential property. His focus at Aspect is scaling the business with the platform and discipline to support controlled growth, drawing on thirteen years at RWE Supply and Trading, latterly as Head of Freight Trading across London and Singapore.

Stefan founded Aspect Electrical in 2002 and has led its sales and client relationships ever since. As Sales Director he owns every quotation Aspect issues and the relationships behind them — with manufacturers, main contractors and data centre operators — with a focus on winning work Aspect can deliver to the standard it is known for.

Scott is Commercial Director at Aspect Electrical — running estimating, tendering and project financial control — and has priced and managed the majority of its critical power projects since joining a few years after the company was founded. He also leads Aspect's in-house systems and digital platforms, keeping the business scalable without losing precision.
